Are processed within the scope of the following purposes:

• Conducting Company / Product / Service Loyalty Processes
• Conducting Communication Activities,
• Conducting Post-Sales Support Services,
• Conducting Sales Processes for Goods / Services,
• Conducting Production and Operation Processes for Goods / Services,
• Tracking Requests / Complaints,
• Conducting Marketing Processes for Goods / Services,

Your personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds of the necessity of processing personal data belonging to the parties of a contract for the establishment or execution of a contract as explicitly stipulated in the laws regulated under Article 5/2-a of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), and in accordance with Article 5/2-c of the Law. Your aforementioned personal data will be processed by the operational employees and managers within the Company for the purposes mentioned above, and will be transferred to supplier companies collaborated with the Company within the framework of data security measures for the sustainability of Company activities.

At any time, you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of your incomplete or incorrect personal data,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
• Request notification of the operations carried out as per Article 11 of the Law to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against yourself by the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in case you incur damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may request to exercise your rights. You can submit your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the Law, by filling out the application form available at the workplace, with a wet signature, and sending it via notary public, registered mail, or your personal application, or electronically by signing the application form you filled out with your mobile signature or secure electronic signature, then sending it to the address Mehmet Akif Mh. Köknar Cd. No:61/A Çekmeköy/İstanbul via KEP address or your email address already registered in the Company's data recording system to smtrentacar@hs01.kep.tr. SMT FİLO will respond to such requests in writing without charge for up to ten pages; for each page exceeding ten, it will charge the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the response to the application is to be provided in a recording medium such as CD, flash drive, the Company may charge a fee not exceeding the cost of the recording medium.
